Dark chocolate is typically defined as chocolate that is made without dairy products, and has a high cocoa content. Usually, it will also contain minimal amount of ingredients. Typically, dark chocolate allows the natural cacao flavors to shine.

Vive's dark chocolates are made with 100% organic ingredients, ethically sourced from local farmers, and we are heavily invested in every step of the chocolate-making process, thus we pride on bean-to-bar concept. 

Our cacao products are made by local farmers. Rich in flavour, the aroma of dark chocolate with minimized processing techniques allow us to retain the natural cocoa nutrients as much as possible. Each batch tastes uniquely different in terms of flavour, intensity, aroma and texture, as it depends on the weather and soil conditions. 

Dairy-free dark chocolate has many benefits. Cacao (the main ingredients of dark chocolate) has high levels of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins. It also contains theobromine, which aids in reducing blood pressure, and polyphenols, a type of antioxidant that reduces stress. In addition, cacao also contains molecules that activates the pleasure receptors in the brain! Hints of caffeine in cacao may also energize your day!

Vive's 75% DARK CHOCOLATE (ALMOND) contains only four ingredients to minimize the destruction of flavour, and allow the taste of real chocolate to come through. We've added almonds for you nut lovers! The health benefits of almonds are extensive, including beneficial for weight loss.
