What country(s) do you ship to? 

Currently, we use PosLaju for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak orders. For international orders, we will use PosLaju EMS.

What are your delivery charges?

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive? 

Once payment has cleared, we will arrange for delivery.
Peninsular Malaysia may take between 1 – 3 working day(s), whilst Sabah/ Sarawak might take 3 – 7 day(s) extra.
International orders depends on custom clearance.
All delivery orders are dependent on the delivery company, and we are not liable for any delays in our parcel delivery.

Can I opt for self pick-up option?

Currently, we do not offer self pick-up options.

Will I be charged custom taxes?

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be.
We also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.  


I received a damaged/ faulty items. Can I exchange?

We are sorry for this! Please drop us an email with your product number to [email protected] to exchange the product.

Can I exchange/ return a sale and/or discounted item?

Sale and discounted item (s) are not eligible to EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND.

What if I order a product and it is no longer available?

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the Product is unavailable or has been discontinued. We will notify you and do the necessary refund.

I would like a refund! 

We only offer refund for damaged and faulty items.
